Charlie Pace from LOST 
This one took a lot longer than Jack, probably because of the sunlight. I would have defined the hair more but I haven't had a lot of practice with it.
Photoshop: 5 hours more or less
Charlie is my favourite character, very brave and kind to Claire. Best scene between them both is the imaginary peanut butter scene, people done some great artworks of it.
